John was punctual and efficient, professional and capable. Installed our Tesla wall charger and was reasonably priced. He took care of all permitting & inspection and helped submit for pay-back from our utility company. Would recommend him to anyone.

Had a GFCI receptacle that tips about every 3 or 4 days. Could never trace the problem. Called Matrix Electrical Services on a Tuesday afternoon and left a message to call me back. Had no problem in waiting till the end of the day, everyone is busy. Anyway, no call at the end of the day or next day or ever. Common courtesy is to at least call and say you are too busy or can't do the job now.

John and his team did a wonderful job! They were prompt in providing a quote, and were very flexible with me as I had to reschedule our services due to some shipping issues. When they came out - they were on time, professional/friendly and got the work done in a timely manner. They helped me out tremendously moving and installing one fan, installing two new fans and installing two new light fixtures. They even took the old fan and fixtures off my hands so I wouldn’t have to worry about taking anywhere. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them for future electrical work we are planning.
